The hotel was so kind to give us an upgrade. Our room was large and tidy, very clean. Great shower and nice amenities. Location is amazing, almost on the top of the mountain and people would skii on the lanes around it, we could see from our bedroom window. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many different options. The evening event was also very nice to attend, with live music and good environment. Staff was very kind and considerate.

It was easy meeting up with the landlords' reps we had arranged on WhatsApp. But sorting out the rooms for 25 people took a long while.
