Very nice lady at the reception and young guy at the breakfast. We were feeling very welcome. Also they took the laguage up to the room. There is perfect indoor pool with relax zone. Perfect delicious breakfast. The location is right on the main road. We were very satisfied with everything.

Our short stay in Sarajevo was truly wonderful thanks to Royal Gold Hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is also quite central — perfect for exploring the city. What impressed us most was the kindness and helpfulness of Ms. Tatjana. She contacted us in advance, welcomed us warmly, and generously gave us one of the largest rooms. She even arranged a taxi for us early in the morning. We truly appreciate her hospitality and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo!
