It is a charming house in a very central location, decorated with taste and confort. The host is very welcoming and plaisant. She did all she could to accomodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room gorgeous. A beautiful stay with beautiful people.

The room was very cozy and clean. We had two full-size beds for us and our kids. The airco (which we didn't use) and the ceiling fan should be very helpful on hotter days. Location is perfect, easy to drive to, free street parking, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We had a remote check-in with detailed instructions sent to us via email. The breakfast was perfect, nothing fancy, but everything we needed for us and our kids. It was served by an exceptionally friendly lady, very kind and quick to help.

Just 1640 feet from Casino Blankenberge, this hotel is located on the beach promenade facing the North Sea and the sandy beach.

it is already the second time that we come to C Hotels Helios. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is really amazing, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

The place is in the center of the city which is perfect. The rooms are very cosy and have everything you need. The bed was very good which was important as I struggle from time to time with my bag. The owner of the place was very kind and very helpful as I was gonna check in late after hours but he reassured that this wasn't gonna be an issue. I can only recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time I'm in Ostend!

The staff is very helpful and super friendly, the location is excellent, beach is just a few steps away. We've parked our car on the street for 4 days at €8.25/day, so that was very interesting.

Shocking how booking.com is manipulating everything; the hotel i booked was closed and pictures in the ad were not accurate; no pool available and no free parking BUT many thanks to a partner hotel with a higher standard who set me up with a junior suit upgrade free of charge. The group which owns both hotels has been trying to convince booking.com that the initial hotel is closed and pictures of amenities are not correct but without any success.
