This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

Our hostess, Sophie, was very helpful and friendly. Since we had an early train in the morning, we had to have breakfast outside of the normal breakfast hours and she came early and prepared a very nice breakfast for us. The apartment was very closed to the city center, historical places and markets.

The staff was accommodating, our flight was an early flight we landed in brussels early. They held on to our bags and gave us great advice on where to go and what we should go see. Including a great restaurant to try. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to brussels.

Very nice and spacious room; it was nicely warm (December); good shower; comfortable bed; minibar; safety deposit box. Staff vas extra helpful and always ready to help and advice. Location is unbeatable. Close to G.P., Metro 1min of walk; shops around; restaurants. And i felt very safe even in evening.

Thon Hotel perfectly met our expectations. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed, it was spacious enough and we really appreciated the nespresso machine available as well as the coffee capsules and the bottles of water provided. For those who find it important as I do, there was also an iron in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom too. The staff was very helpful and kind, they also provided me with a thermometer one day I felt sick and wanted to measure my temperature. The location is also convenient, there is a metro station exactly outside the hotel (2-3 stops from the center) but you can also walk ~20minutes the distance to reach the center.
