My brother and I had the most amazing week staying at Zigen House on a snow trip. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that was so homey and clean. Usually, I prefer more modern decor but the style of Zigen House is so charming - especially the fireplace in the dining area. We also used the sauna twice while staying and really enjoyed it.

Fantastic view of the mountains from our spacious room and terrace. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Nice private garden and parking. Krasimir and Maria are so helpful and welcoming, we would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was lovely! it was very clean, the beds were comfy, suites were spacious, the breakfast was so nice every morning with loads of different options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a really nice spa area which we tried out on the last day and the location is good too. It’s only about a 5/10 minute walk to the gondola and we stored our skis at the rental shop for 15lev per day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the hotel but there is storage at the hotel too which we used on last day. It’s also right next to all the restaurants or bars for the evening, but it’s still quite at night, so it’s perfect!
