The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and rooms with attached bathroom offering views of the Pirin Mountain.

Marina and her husband were the best. They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

Terra Hotel is set at the foot of Pirin Mountain, overlooking the majestic 18 hole golf course and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The room was big and comfortable and clean. The "picture in the window" was amazing. The breakfast was very good - many kinds of tasty food. The stuff was very friendly- ready to answer the questions, ready to help.

Fair room, with extremly big bed perfect for a couple (2m×2m), clean and cozy, large room, staff is nice and helpful, and the restaurant which is within the hotel corp have great food and drinks :) I would stay again here.

The hotel met my expectations, everything was great, the room was comfy and warm, the breakfast was delicious and the spa facilities were very good also. The hotel has large lobby with beautiful fireplace where you can enjoy and drink something, and we also found free spot for our car on the outside which was great.

The Djangal is located in peaceful surroundings next to a mountain creek and on a pedestrian street, 1640 feet from the center of Bansko and 2625 feet from the ski elevator.
