Quality services and the food was great. The stuff was very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. For sure we will return in the summer. We didn’t found a parking space in front of the hotel because was full, but we left the car on the street near the hotel and nothing happened - safe place.

We come every year, and this time they renovated the entire room, including the balcony. We were speechless, it's so beautiful. The breakfast is sufficient. There's a small kiosk right downstairs in the hotel where you can buy everything you need. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and not crowded. This hotel is simply wonderful for groups, families, and couples. And when you come back every year, it feels like home. And the staff become friends. I highly recommend it.

This 4-star Karolina Hotel is located in the eastern part of Sunny Beach resort, only 100 metres from the beach and a 20-minute walk to the ancient town of Nessebar.

The food was great! The Turkish chef is a special person! one of the evenings there was no more white wine at the bar, I praised the cooked food and told him it was a shame that those who manage the hotel did not rise to his level... He asked me what was bothering me, I told him that I used to drink white wine in the evening, but unfortunately it's not anymore... He left muttering something in Turkish and came to our table with white wine... A special man!

The location is great, very close the to beach, one corner away from a local bus stop with buses going to Nesebar or Sunny Beach city centre, but still quiet enough, so cannot hear the traffic that much. The staff is super helpful, they prepared some breakfast package in the morning of our very early departure when had to skip the regular breakfast. That was kind gesture. We had a pleasant stay here, I can only recommend it.
