The location of Bahia Cafe is superb for being part of the varied experiences which Salvador's Pelourinho can offer. The Praca de Se and surrounding area is safe for tourists and the hotel staff are wonderful, looking after their guests. We loved the breakfast room, looking out over the square, and the breakfast was superb. We will definitely come back to Bahia Cafe when we are next in Salvador.

This is a great location in the city to enjoy the beach, and be close to the historic centre. The owners can help you with anything. The breakfast is well worth it, and you should try everything - a highlight is the fresh local fruit.

This 19th century colonial mansion is located in Pelourinho, facing Baía de Todos os Santos Bay.

Extremely well located in the heart of the old town in Pelourhino. This hotel is an old colonial house very cosy and with beautiful decorations. The twin room was spacious with very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was basic.

A delightful stay in a historic building in the old part of town. The staff was outstanding and took care of all our needs. The air conditioning system was not working in the room we had booked so they quickly switched us to another room without a bother. For being so close to the main square, there was very little noise. The breakfast is outstanding and made to order which is a nice change from other hotels in Brazil. If your budget allows, this is a great choice.

Very small hotel with only few rooms, made for an extremely peaceful stay. The terrace with the pool and view on the water (and sunset) was the true highlight though! Because the hotel is so small it is almost like having a private pool. Staff was very friendly as well and area felt safe. Overall a spectacular find, highly recommend!

Just 2 km from Jardim de Alah Beach, Sotero features a rooftop pool with sea views, a gym, sauna. Buffet breakfast is served daily. WiFi is free.

The room was super big and really nice. We were able to enjoy the gym and the view on the top floor. The staff was really nice. Our cleaning lady (Josiane)was especially attentive to our needs and made sure to clean the room while we were just stepping out for an hour, and brought us some items we needed and asked for which made our life much easier.

We stayed in the Suite room with a comfortable King size bed. They added a single bed for my son for only additional 30% charge. The room is big and clean and it has a balcony for us to get the fresh air. We all enjoyed the breakfast every morning especially the guava juice. The staffs are always nice to us.

Beautiful, historic house in colonial style in which the hotel is accommodated. Very spacious, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Exceptional hotel. Really good value and comfy. We were flying at 3am and the reception staff really looked after us and let us keep the room free of charge until midnight which we were really pleased about. Would highly recommend 👌
