We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. The location in the heart of Old Montreal. Bed was very comfortable, sheets clean and aromatic. The complementary breakfast was offered and they reminded me about the brunch on weekends that goes until 1:00pm, which is very beneficial as many people wake up late on Sundays!
