Very large room, comfortable bed, wifi was working, good location with direct metro line to downtown. Walmart directly opposite. Good value for the price (I payed less than 150 Canadian dollars per night)

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!
