Liked the comfortable beds and the cleaning. The staff was very helpful with our questions, were polite. The location is generally convenient, Walmart and McDonald's are nearby. There is also a subway near the hotel, which makes it easy to get to downtown Toronto. The airport is quickly accessible by car.

Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.

Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. Perfect stay at alt. Right by the airport comfy beds, nice rooms. We stayed only overnight for a layover but it was perfect.

The hotel was extremely well kept, room's very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, I was let down by an airline and needed accommodation for the night, the staff at check in helped and even offered some emergency supplies such as a toothbrush etc. Very much welcomed after a long haul and delayed / cancelled flights with no luggage.
