The rooms were beautifull and had excellent amenities. I also loved the kitchen. Breckfest might have been more modest than in other hotels, but the food was delicious.

The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.

The location to YYZ is incredible. If you have an early or really late flight there is a 24 hour free train service to the airport and back to the hotel. The train is really close to the hotel which is a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable too.

The hotel was well appointed with all the amenities one requires in an airport hotel or any hotel for that matter. My suite 1103 was exceptional.
