We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Incredible impressions of the hotel, very satisfied!!! The location is very convenient with beautiful scenic views. I was traveling with my family and I had the impression that we were visiting old friends. I'm very grateful to the hotel team, who created a warm and cozy home atmosphere. Special thanks to Mrs. Conny for her kindness, positive emotions and good sense of humor, Mrs. Gosia and Mrs. Oksana for the delicious breakfasts, dinners and good company. Everything about our stay was magical! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The hotel is so beautiful, it felt like a real swiss alpine experience with the wooden interiors and beautiful carpets. The location is beautiful and the food was exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay! It was pure quality. So much better than most of the 5-star modern hotels we usually pick. This had so much character and charm and felt so quality. The breakfast was 10/10 and the restaurant food was once of the best meals weve ever had! I highly recommend!

When we arrived at the Hotel, Maja was there for us, she was very friendly and told us how we could park our motorbikes as best. We had een upgrade for free, very nice room with a perfect view! Thankyou for the hospitality Maja!
