breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. Very luxurious. Loved our private transfer on arrival (from Zurich HB train station to the hotel). Breakfast was amazing with buffet and A-La Carte options. Our room was great, very spacious with plenty closet space and a modern bathroom. There are forest paths for running and walking around the hotel. We loved the spa - amazing facilities.

what l like the most is very friendly Personel at the reception, especially Felix; housekeeping Girls are very helpful and lovely; possibility to make free tea&coffee at lobby, and now warm wine!; and my cherry on the top is a superb quality of blanket; extra pillows and duvet plus slippers and amenity kit. you have iron and board, safe, good quality of hairdryer. and don’t forget a free upgrade as a new Guest. also beautiful art hanging all over hotel. in my opinion it should be 3 star hotel. spot on!
