Stylish nice hotel. Spacious cleanroom finished with taste. Comfy bed. Superb breakfast.Great location - close to everything (main street with restaurants is 3 mins away, bus and cable car station is also few mins walk). Extremely helpful staff.It was our first trip to Zermatt and stay at Lodge but definitely not the last one.Overall we consider Lodge as one of the best hotels we ever visited in Europe.

Absolutely everything and even more! This is the most friendly, cosy, tasty, clean, comfy, lovely and details oriented hotel I ever stayed in. All staff is super welcoming. The location is just perfect: 7 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes walk to ski lifts, 5 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was my motivation to wake up in the morning, absolutely delicious, with big choice of whatever makes you happy in the morning 😋 Huge thank you for making me feel like at home ♥️ I will definitely come back!

The best hotel i have ever been in. The staff is very nice, the spa is amazing, outside jaccuzy with the view is a dream, a few saunas, towels and water as many as you need, so quiet and beutiful. the room big and beautiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. Even the sleepers are the most cozy i saw in hotels. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. The waitresses uniform is lovely. They think about every little detail, when we left they gave us a box of chocolate!

The staff left no stone unturned to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The included spa and sauna was the highlight of the stay.

Unique Hotel Post is situated in the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.

The hotel’s staff are superbly friendly and offer an unforgettable experience during my stay in Zermatt.I would like to praise the hotel’s staff who attended to us during our check in on 10/7/24 evening.I forgot to ask her name but i would really say that she is the most friendly hotel staff i had encountered during my 9 days stay in several hotels all over Switzerland.She gave us a pleasant surprise and we appreciate it so much 😍.The facilities provided by the hotels are value for money and I’m beyond words to describe how enjoyable and welcomed we are during our stay at the hotel in Zermatt.The breakfast provided are really nice with wide variety of choices.
