The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Emmental is in a great location with super friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to provide both gluten free and vegan breakfast options. we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The country and western theme downstairs was really fun.

Yhe hotel.was the perfect location just outside the main town of Thun. A 3min bus ride from right outside the train station yo right outside the hotel, perfect! The setting was beautiful, right on the lake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with the restaurant overlooking the lake. The room was perfect size.for the 2 of us with bottled water left for.us daily. The bonus for is was the spa. Open until 10pm but it can be later if requested.

The traditional Hotel Krebs is located in the centre of Interlaken, close to the western train station. The lobby features an internet terminal and free wireless internet access.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!

the building is amazing and oozes grandeur. The rooms were comfortable and warm the bathroom was very comfortable the staff helpful
