The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

A true Radisson experience in the hearth of Luzern. I can only rexommend it.

The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to accommodate us. We were upgraded to beautiful rooms for free and when we arrived for check in, our suitcases were already taken to our room. The breakfast was very good. The conditions of the bathrooms were exceptional. The lady at reception told us where we can go and see monuments and nice restaurants.

The Hofgarten Hotel Luzern is situated on the edge of the historic old town, in a central but quiet location near the lake.

This hotel is in an excellent location was super quieter and spotlessly clean, it’s not super luxury but more cool utilitarian love it would stay again anytime very helpful and friendly staff

The location of Hotel just accross the Main train station and in very good place- as I was a solo traveller, woman, I felt safe even in evening walking to the river or to other side of river(to main schopping streets) and back. Staff was superfriendly and welcoming. I stayed for 2 nights and room was upfresshed. Breakfas was very good- I definately reccommend this Hotel snd would stay again, if will to Lucerne travel. I’m impressed!
