The location in the heart of Valparaiso was perfect. All places of interest were in easy walking distance and there are several restaurants nearby. The hotel has a wonderful terrace and private parking as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

It’s a really beautiful and unique place, we stayed in a spacious room with its own door to the blooming and quiet garden. The area is safe and really lovely and so is Paula! We loved all her recommendations and she speaks perfect englisch and also good German which was super convenient for us ;) the breakfast is also great! Muchas gracias:)

Though there are three floors of rooms, the property has more of an intimate bed and breakfast feel while still highly attentive to all guests needs. They had beautiful breakfast spreads laid out, were extremely helpful in restaurant and activity recommendation - especially over the holidays with a lot of closures. The spa area was also a great feature. It's a great location at the top of uptown Valpo.

We were greeted and taken care of straight away by Max from the front desk. He assisted with our luggage and explained the facilities. After we settled in he made a lovely coffee for us and proceeded to explain the area with recommendations for restaurants etc. His colleague Juan Victor was also tremendously helpful with recommendations etc. They were both very kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable and homely. The decor was fresh and our room was well appointed. The building was quite modern inside and the decor had a coastal theme. Our room was air conditioned and the building had a lift. We really liked the area. Filtered water machine on bottom floor.
