This hotel is in a great location on Cerro Alegre. The decor is eclectic and wonderful, our suite (room 12) was spacious and had an extremely comfortable king bed. Breakfast was on the terrace and included fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, and pesto tomatoes along with the usual breads, cheese and meat. Delicious.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and most courteous. Our two night stay was great. Comfortable and spacious room with lots of natural light. The breakfast was exceptional with very fresh produce and healthy options. Communication with all staff members was a breeze, they all understood and spoke English most fluently. Thank you is an understatement ☺️ will surely recommend a stay at Casa Galos. They also helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure.

Loved the vibe and the location. It's right by some of the most beautifully painted alleyways in Valparaiso. The beds are super comfy and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast is good but the only weird thing is that you have to go downstairs for breakfast and then back upstairs to cook your own eggs. Not enough of a problem to mark it down though. Loved it.
