English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please.
