It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed. The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)

Amazing location near futian station and coco park. Staff that speaks excellent english and that were extremely helpful. They borrowed us the transformer for electricity. I would suggest everyone reserving this hotel. Nice view from room.
