The staff of the Orchids were great, welcoming and low key in a nice way. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and it had genuine charm. The location was bustling but the rooms were also very quiet.

Really great service and conditions for 3star hotel. Wifi was working great, staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and looked like in the photos. Location of the hotel couldnt be better for foreigners as it is in safe area surrounded with great restaurants and coffee shops.

A very special place in the middle of Bogota. Just 3 min walk to the Museo Del Oro! Great rooms, big with a lot of space. Its kind of quite good place in the middle of La Candelaria. Also all the people very kindly. I ordered also true the hotel the taxi from and to the airport and everything was fine

Everthing is good, clean, tight but OK. (Outside neibor is under the construction.) Stuff were great people who work perfectly.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Stayed on the top floor with terrace which was amazing. They even let us stay in this room even though we should have moved into a smaller room for the start of our tour. Breakfast was simple but delicious: fruit bread and eggs cooked to order. Transfer from the airport (with a charge) was simple and easy.
