Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Friendly, helpful staff. The area felt safe and quiet and was a stone's throw from the Metro station. Breakfast was served on a lovely roof terrace.
