Great stay at Casa Carolina, friendly and helpful staff, big rooms, good breakfast and super pool! The hotel is super calm and clean, close to the city center! Perfect place to visit around, and go to Tayrona Park (1h by public transport) ! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful shower with ample hot water. Ambiance. Plants and decor provided an oasis in the heart of the action adjacent to restaurants, bars and shops. Great location. Felt safe. Exito a block away for easy access to water and anything needed. Really comfy pillows and good room layout. Spa feature with option for massage was enjoyable after 8 miles of hiking in Minca the day before.

The staff!! Every member was excellent, always greeting us with a smile, willing to help and answer our requests promptly. Loved the history of this place, and we enjoyed meeting Don Pepe’s owner. Great place to stay in Santa Marta.

This is probably the best hotel to stay at in the centre of Santa Marta. Even though it’s next to a busy street, it’s surprisingly quiet. The design of the hotel is very nice. The AC and ceiling fans are new so they are very quiet. The bed was very comfy. Service is perfect.

The room was pretty new and spacious and the little kitchen well equipped. The bathroom has only cold water, as is normal in many parts of Colombia, but because the weather is humid und hot, it's totally fine. There's free drinking water and you can chill on the rooftop terrace with view of the ocean. The hostel has different activities like yoga and game night. The hostel is located next to the diving center, in case you want to dive or snorkel, and close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!
