The room was clean and warm. The breakfast was awsome. The staff couldn't do enough for me, booked taxis, breakfast early, breakfast takeaway arranged. Absolutely brilliant place.

I liked everything, it was very convenient before the flight. Walking distance to the airport. Drinking water and ice in the lobby. Excellent lobby.

Unbelievable personal feeling that you are at home! The lobby is just amazing. Stuff is so helpfull. We celebrated birthday of my wife so they send us champagne to the room with personal note from the manager. They booked for us most desirable restaurant in Prague and organized firework and cake! Will come back again every time I come to Prague. Food was excellent!
