It was our third time in Cologne, and that hotel was the best choice! Great location, very clean, and hospitable. The guy from staff (sorry, I forgot his name) has an excellent sense of humor. When we arrived our apartment was occupied, so he gave us their best, larger apartment. Highly recommended.

We had 2 rooms for our family and it worked well. Comfortable rooms and excellent location. Close to the Cathedral markets and public transport. We loved exploring the Christmas markets and this was a great place to stay to do this.

The most comfortable bed! Room and bathroom were spacious. Staff were so friendly and said hello when they saw you in the hallways. Lobby bar area was so comfortable and cosy to hang out with friends - it was always very popular at the end of the day.

This is the best place I've stayed in so far in Köln. Right in front of Lanxess Arena, not far from the center (30 min walk to the main train station). Very comfortable, quiet and with an amazing included breakfast (both the place and buffet are awesome)
