A very friendly, helpful man on reception. Super location - peaceful in beautiful gardens, but very easy to get into Lindau centre by bus (bus stop very near the hotel and buses free of charge for hotel guests). 3 minutes walk from the lake and a beautiful lakeside park. Excellent breakfast. Lounge for guests with a great choice of drinks to help yourself to at any time (pay on checking out). Clean, modern room. It was a really pleasant stay.

Comfortable cosy feel to the hotel in a lovely old building. Great location on the island. Very friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant which was a good choice. Tasty home cooked food.

We were late and the arrangement made for us by the staff were amazing. A welcome bottle of wine from local winery with a lovely note was at room. Next day the staff was super helpful.

A very nice, authentic hotel in a wonderful location. The service and the breakfast are superb!!! I hope we can come again in the future.
