Everything in the hotel was superb. The breakfast was exceptional, so many options and good quality. The staff were kind and attentive both in the hotel and the restaurant. The Sauna and Turkish bath were very clean and well maintained, and the sun terrace was such a nice addition. The room was very spacious and had everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The room was silent although it was in front of the airport. Breakfast was extraordinarily good but the staff were not really friendly when we first came into the restaurant. Or someone should be at the entrance of the restaurant.

My husband and I only had 3 days to relax and recover... and the Sauna and Hammam in the 5th floor really made our stay a perfect holiday, for a very reasonable price. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, and we even got upgraded to a better room towards the 'Altstadt'. Whenever we need a break from family in future, we'll come again !
