Location was excellent for the airport. It was a little daunting doing self check-in but needn’t have worried - everything was simple, well explained and easy. Rooms were finished to a high standard including Rituals toiletries. Extremely comfortable and plenty of free on site parking. Would definitely stay again

Very good room, well equipped kitchen. Accommodation is close to public transport, in very safe area. Very quiet area too. We arrived little early, and room was already ready for us, really great.

Good place, nice staff, great breakfast. Facilities are pretty clean and quiet. Might be a bit how in a summer because the windows are on the sunny side, but there’s blackout curtains so it’s not a problem. Definitely save for our future travels.

We have been at this hotel before. Nice rooms with a great size and everything you need. Located in the center of Hamburg or you can say a very short walk to everything. Breakfast buffet is great with many options to choose from. A perfect hotel for a great weekend trip.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very easy to reach the Rathaus building and shopping streets within walking distance. Due to its location, it is in a safe area that allows easy access at late hours as well. I stayed knowing that there was a construction work in front of the hotel, but I was not disturbed at all. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. (Although I don't know their names) I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman and lady who assisted me during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortably designed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did not have breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. However, I think it might be better if breakfast was directly included in the price, as it feels a bit high. Still, I have no regrets. If I visit Hamburg again, I would definitely stay here and I recommend it.

Such a warm welcome from the lovely staff here and a cosy and comfortable stay. We love the neighbourhood - being away from the city centre but an easy 15min trip by bus / uBanh to get into town. Unbelievable check out times are on offer too from 7-12 with an easy check in/out system in place.
