It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. Hotel with an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. The breakfast is very good. We parked the car at the hotel for 18 EUR per day. If you don't have a spot, there is a parking lot nearby.

When renting the room through bookin, it was written that breakfast was included, but breakfast was not included. The hotel is located in a slightly remote but quiet place. The female staff at the entrance could have been a little more friendly.

I went to Berlin for a conference at the Freie Universitaet and wanted to stay somewhere quiet and not too far away from the conference venue. Villa Kult was absolutely perfect! It is well connected by public transportation, yet it is away from the noise and crowds of the city. The Villa is simply stunning and the breakfast phenomenal. My work trip felt like a holiday.

The room was fantastic: very spacious, with a small but well-equipped kitchenette, a living area, and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a separate shower and bathtub. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The spa and gym were stunning, exceeding my expectations with three well-equipped gym rooms and four saunas, along with an excellent resting area. The best price-quality ratio; I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
