We got upgraded at check in. We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable. The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths. Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

Absolutely superb hotel with top class service. Friendly, accommodating staff that are very efficient, attentive and proactive. Makes a huge difference to a stay in a foreign city and really made us feel at home in Baden Baden which we were not expecting. Without a doubt we will come back to the hotel largely based on the kind flourishes provided by the hotel and staff. Just one example is the homemade afternoon tea provided - for free. A welcome surprise in a freezing winter and when travelling with children. We turned up 5 minutes before they were due to close the tea session down and the staff were very easygoing and unfazed, making sure we were seated and immediately had hot chocolates and cakes. Just smiles and efficient service - zero attitude - I don't think this would have been possible in France! Thank you to all the staff who work so hard, I wish I knew their names to thank them personally.

You can tell this is a business run with care & attention to detail. We loved it! From start to finish, over a 3 night stay we were not lacking for anything. The staff are so friendly and always checking you have everything to make your stay comfortable. The surroundings are second to none. The views are beautiful, it is so peaceful and it’s a very relaxing place to stay. We were a party of 6 ladies looking for a lovely venue for our schnapps getaway. We did a 12 mile schnapps walk one day - it was absolutely stunning. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was perfect - it is a top quality dining experience. I would recommend the 3 course set menu! The food was delicious and every member of our party enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were great - freshly baked good and lots of continental choice, plus cooked eggs and bacon. Rooms were very spacious, spotless and well laid out. Thankyou to the hotel for having us. Top tips: There is a bus running to and from Oberkirch, which is free when you get a ticket from the hotel. They run every hour and it’s only a short journey. The local swimming pool is immaculately kept and a great day to spend the day - 2 pools, a baby pool, diving boards and a slide, plus great little snack bar.

Very close to the airport, quiet town and lovely sorroundings. We received a ver warm welcome. Hosts were friendly and very helpful with all our needs. Rooms was spotless clean and we love the decoration. The garden was lovely even tho the season. We had a fantastic time in this property. They offered us breakfast but we had to leave early in the morning so I can't comment on that.
