The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and we loved the room. It was more comfy and clean than we expected. We were very tired after a long trip and we enjoyed that the check-out time was 12PM which is later than most other places.

Clean, bright, beautifully furnished. Everything you could ask for in bedrooms. Lots of lobby space, divided up into cosy zones with different kinds of seating, an excellent bar and a pool table. Standout breakfast, truly excellent. Bar and reception staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They also let us store baggage after check-in until it was time to leave for the airport.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. All spoke English and offered lots of help and advice. Restaurant was good. Traditional wooden decor in breakfast room was very attractive and created a very nice atmosphere.

- 12 min walk from the main train station. Great location - cozy room. We felt like home. Comfortable and clean, warm. - The staff was nice and friendly. Also the cat 😺 - There was a kitchen where you can cook and have tea. Very spacious room, very comfy beds, spotless clean (!!!!!) Georgous bathroom with very hot water, top location 3 stops with the underground to Alexanderplatz. I would choose it again and again.
