Everything was as you would expect from an upmarket hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff did everything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was exceptional and there was everything you copuld want from a round of toast to a completely fresh and tasty full English breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the breakfast staff and they did everything with a smile on their face.

Situated beside the medieval tower in the romantic Old Town of Volkach, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with free internet. It lies close to the River Main in Franconia’s wine-growing region.

Very nice hotel, beautifully and modernly furnished rooms. Downstairs, a great wine bar where you can have tapas salamis, cheeses, excellent wine and very nice seating. Good breakfast, rich selection, great selection of teas. The hotel has its own parking lot on its property.

We were in room 'Zen', one of the theme rooms. It meant that the bed was low, Japanese style. Very nicely designed. Good bathroom, a large ceiling fan, and automatic shutters. Good breakfast. An ideal place for a stop-over, just a short distance from two highways.

I can definitely recommend this hotel, because everything was perfect. The staff was very kindful and smiling, our room was a big suite with a bathtube in the middle of the room. We had got a nice view from our balcony - there were chairs and table with parasol.. The hotel is situated in the wine valley, there are vineyards all around. You can have a dinner od drinkn and seat outside, when the weather is nice. Breakfast was perfect, very variety.

The hotel is very clean and nice, very short walk to the city center. Our room was big enough for a family with kids, with very comfy beds. The view from our hotel room was spectacular. We want to especially thank the girl that works at the reception, she was super nice and super friendly, she helped us tremendously with our issue with Europecar.
