I was positiv ely surprised that I found in the bathroom a very German thing, a "Waschlappen" - facecloth or flannel - , and bedroom slippers!

Each and every staff member I talked to was exceptionally friendly, really they went out of their way to make the stay nice and pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. Great view towards the hill and the interior garden. The staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient to reach the old town, as well as the zoo (30 mins walk in both directions). And the greatest of all was the restaurant. The breakfast was very varied, one could choose anything from eggs to cereals with milk. The dinner menu was excellent, we ate there 3 nights in a raw and were not disappointed. Also the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodated all our requests.
