the staff were AMAZING. so accommodating. We initially booked a non-AC room because we didn’t know the hotel had AC available. We were sweltering. So we asked for any fan or anything and they actually upgraded us at minimal cost and we moved to an AC room. The staff stayed after their shift to assist us with this. Really above and beyond. They were friendly too

Easy collection of keys. Straightforward instructions at the end of a phone number you dial on arrival. Name of your room is on the keys. The entrance is secure. The entrance i on this 2nd floor apartments well kept. The apartment was stocked with all conveniences. The modern Kitchen had little extras like pepper and oil to cook. The bedroom was simple but chic. The bathroom had a large modern shower area. There were two terraces on this second floor apartment looking over to the Kurpark and the Kirnitzschtalbahn stop.

we stayed for one night and it was a great option, yes, it's not in the center, but it's in a beautiful neigbourhood so you can explore the city more. I enjoyed the room, felt like I was staying at a museum, really. the bad was comfortable, everything was clean, the room was big which is really surprising nowdays.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight that our trip to Dresden became truly unforgettable in large part thanks to the wonderful experience we had at this aparthotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a true Heaven — perfect for enjoying morning or evening coffee while listening to the chimes of nearby church bells. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of Dresden’s Old Town, on beautiful Neumarkt square. It allowed us to explore all the main sights on foot, with everything just steps away. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Udo. To say he is a true professional would be an understatement.
