I think the location of the hotel is one of the best in the city, a few steps from the beach and other turistic attractions. Also the room was very clean and breakfast was tasty. The employees were very friendly. Although we did not speak fluent German, they tried to make us feel at home and spoke with us in English.

Went to the city on business, didnt like the City because you feel this wird natonslist proud on most of the City, but this hotel, and his owner (mr.ghuntee, who i thanks One more time for the welcoming) were complete fresh air. The house ir self, is really well organized and really good taste Im decor and everything. (More then os comum in Germany (if you know what mean) P.s- i travels a lot and normaly i dont take the time to comment, but this time, My time is being well spend.

PERFECT! EVERYTHING 10/10. Definitely the best hotel in Rostock! Why? - Excellent location by the water in a quiet area, yet close to the city centre. - Huge, comfortable and well-equipped rooms with balconies. - Very friendly and knowledgeable English-speaking host. - Free parking. It's hard to describe all the advantages, and I have compared it to dozens of 4- and 5-star hotels that were worse. Highly recommended, and congratulations to the owners for creating a unique place!

It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the city centre. An ideal location for exploring. All the facilities in the apartment were superb, a very well appointed kitchen, the bed was super comfy and the shower excellent. Everything was of a very high standard. Couldn’t want for more.

I liked that it was in the city center. It has a billiard at the reception, very close to the market, nice and clean room. Parking space under the hotel. I would definitely visit again.
