Excellent size rooms, service and clealiness

This is a large old style hotel with a lot of character located the Corniche on the seafront in Alexandria. The location was perfect. The balcony in our room looked out over the harbour. Everywhere we wanted to see in the city was just walking distance away. The facilities in the room, which was spotlessly clean, were excellent, with Wi Fi and a kettle and tea making bits. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christina who was the customer service lady and really helpful. The breakfast was good and substantial and set us up for the day. All in all, an excellent and an excellent experience.

The location (just on the Corniche), the spirit/history/architecture of the hotel, the quality of personel helping us (either at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant). Would certainly recommend.

We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you.
