Clean and comfortable. Complementary soft drinks (they re-filled every day!). There's also a common area with nice coffee and tea, and tables - we usually bought some pastries/ham/etc from outside and had a nice breakfast there. The location is great too - 5-10 minutes walking from the train station or from the Kursaal convention center. Great value for money.

I booked 2 single rooms for myself and my son . We were upgraded at no cost to 2 double room rooms. Both rooms were excellent. The lady at reception was wonderfully helpful . All in all a wonderful 2 day stay with free coffee and cakes The location is superb

Room was great. I had order flowers on arrival for my wife's birthday and they were in the room as expected. She also got a bottle of cava. We didn't get the breakfast but we were still able to eat at the hotel cafe. Could also work from there.

    Very friendly and helpful host! Location excellent, very central but still quiet. Nice, stylish interior design of rooms. Roomy bathroom and shower. Many different-size pillows provided. Good relation price/service. Obviously not a luxury hotel, but can definitely be recommended. Especially for the price, since San Sebastián is generally rather not cheap.
