Very helpful and nice personnel at reception. When we came to our room, it had not been cleaned. When addressing this in the reception we got a new room way better than we had booked, in the front row to the ocean with a spectacular view! Overall very friendly and nice personnel. Will highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location, large double room, with large modern bath room with bathtub. Beds were comfortable and came with two sets of pillows. AC worked well. Stayed on 10th floor so room came with beatiful view of Alicante. With window shut, no noise from street was heard. Everything was nice and tidy. Will stay here again when I return to Alicante.

The room was nice. it was just for one night stay. the room was tidy and had all that we were looking for. the staff was pleasent an accomdating. We had a car and we could rent a space in the cellert to keep it when we were walking about. made a big diffrence to us. after we checkted out about 12 we were allowed to keep the car for some time in the celler since our flight was in the evening. happy about that.
