The hotel is nice and comfortable, staff was very helpful and kind and amazing breakfast from 8 to 11.

3 generations of our family (aged 16 to 82) have just returned from the wonderful Hotel Bahia. The style, gardens and vibe set this apart from other local hotels. The gardens and furniture also meant there were plenty of places to lounge in the heat of the day. We didn't have any bad weather, but if we had, the lounge and bar were beautifully and comfortably furnished and would be ideal to relax in. The proprietor and staff made us feel welcome, they are so friendly and helpful. We had half board and were really impressed by the quality of the ingredients and cooking. There was a wide selection at the buffet breakfast, catering to all tastes. We so enjoyed taking our coffee onto the shade of the cool veranda after breakfast each day, glimsing the sea between the trees oppposite, which separates this hotel from the beach. During the day and evening there were plenty of spots to hang out in, and enjoy the pool and we felt very at ease, which is not always the case in hotels. Each night we sat down to a freshly cooked 3 course meal (every day there was a different choice of 3 starters, mains and a buffet dessert), there was also a bar area which served food near the pool and a lot of guests chose to eat there. There are plenty of other restaurants minutes away on foot with good choices. There is a little Spa supermarket a few yards away and a bus stop just a little further that has regular easy-to-use air conditioned buses into Palma central bus station which is a few minutes walk away from a fantastic indoor market (7am-3pm, mon-sat), 'Mercat de l'Olivar', with its fresh produce, wine, tapas and oyster bar, and a short stroll down through the historic streets to the port and Cathedral. We were leaving on a Sunday afternoon so booked a table at the bar the day we left and so were lucky enough to enjoy a fantastic lunch with good live jazz music, which seems to be quite a draw on Sunday afternoons (for good reason).

I really really enjoyed the location. Really nice view. For that us really many going on on the street. We’ve been sleeping really well no noises from the street. The breakfast was really simple could be more choice. The bed really comfortable. Really nice small kitchen but would be nice few cutlery’s and plates in the room. But we enjoy it to lay down by the pool. We would choose this hotel again why was really nice

I have spent the most amazing family holidays at Hilton Galatzo. It was an incredible pleasant suprise, from the service to the food, everything was perfect for us. We have encountered a staff that was highly attentive to details and met all our requests and expectations. Honestly, we were so well taken care there that we felt like kings and queens. We booked a family suite and it looked even better than in the photos. Room was super clean, confy and spacious for the 4 of us. 3 TVs and a beautiful balcony. The only downside for me was that the TVs were not smart. We opted for the half board option and honestly we were not disappointed. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, lots of variety and even vegetarian options and most importantly the food was delicious. We had the chance to meet the restaurants manager Diogo, who was amazing. He always made sure that we were comfortable and were having a nice stay. My sister even told him she loved the brownie they served at dinner for dessert and he made sure that the next day we were delivered brownies for dessert specially for us. At the restaurant Emmanuel and Alba really stood out for us. They were kind, always had compliments and even gave us tips around mallorca. After dinner we used to go for drinks at Alma in the hotel. They serve incredible coktails there and you can enjoy the amazing view that the hotel offers of the shore. Shoutout to Ayoub, who always brought us the best coktails, even had us served special drinks every night. The hotel overall is pretty quiet and perfect to spend some quality time with your family. Enjoy beautiful views, eating delicious food and reseting your batteries. I will for sure come back to this place.

Absolutely great experience. Nice and clean room with a big balcony, an opportunity to have a bath made the evening absolutely relaxing. For the 48 euros we paid for a double room with a delicious breakfast that's truly a bargain. And a huge free parking 300 meters from the hotel was a nice bonus for Spain.
