The staff is amazing . They are really nice and gentle but particularly Ana , she was lovely and helpful with many things during our stay and she even gave us some recommendations about some places to visit . Ocean drive is definitely a place where we would come back .

I had no expectations from the hotel, the price was very average so I didn't expect luxury for the money. We didn't have luxury but I didn't have a single occasion when I could say anything bad about the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and arranged everything we wanted from beach towels, to renting a scooter, to showering before we left even though we no longer had a room. Oh and the included breakfast was really great.
