The staff were outstanding. The cosiness of the facility with the amazing interior design and the variety. The flexibility of the 24 hour Checkin and checkout. Location to city centre was so convenient. It was busy and exciting down in the bar and restaurants but once in the room, there was the privacy and quietness. I will choose this hotel again when back in Madrid.

A well located hostel in Sol – now my favourite part of Madrid. Easy to find – upon arriving look up and the sign says it all. There is an elevator, so no need to carry much. The staff was helpful and the room itself is of course small, but it's cozy and I have slept in much smaller places so no worries, there's even a small balcony. Now for the best part – Yatai Market, a food court filled with asian restaurants, is located on the parallel street, 2 minutes max. Salmon Guru, the world's #16 cocktail bar is a rather short walk away – recommended! Cheers!

We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

I would say outside of hotel is the most beautiful location of Madrid. Hotel is very clean, comfy bed, big shower. Perfect breakfast-we stayed 5 days and we could eat something different each morning.

The hotel is gorgeous, with large rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is spotless and new. Given the time of year, it was also beautifully decorated. We are definitely coming back. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to help. They provided us with a baby cot and baby towels. We had a midnight flight after checkout and we could leave our bags secure during the day to walk around. Also, they let us use the baby changing room throughout the day, which was extremely helpful.

    We had a delightful stay at the hotel! The designer interior was stunning, the room with its comfortable bathroom and carpet-free floors was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The location was especially noteworthy, nestled on a quiet street just 3-5 minutes away from major attractions and shops. It was a precious experience to open our windows to the melody of green parakeets instead of the usual city noise of cars and sirens.

    The hotel is a nice concept art boutique hotel in my opinion. There are total of 13 floors with 11 floors having a different theme on each matching the design style of various industrial designers and architects. The bed is comfortable. The baby bed provided is very helpful.
