The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and always met with a smile. Massage chair and spa bath was a wonderful way to unwind and relieve the muscle aches after a week of walking.

Great staff & location. This place is in the old town but only 50m from a bus stop that takes you to the airport fir 1Euro every 20min. Staff explained thus to me & were correct.

I had a great stay at this small boutique-like hotel in the center of Pontevedra. It blends rural and historical style with modern elements and is within walking distance of everything. Super clean. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff was nice and helpful. The value for money? Unbeatable. We had a room with a balcony and lovely views (pic attached). Now let's talk breakfast: I'm a huge breakfast fan, and some reviews said it was too basic. Okay, it's not the most lavish breakfast I've had, but calling it "too basic" is an overstatement. While it's rather modest, it covers all the basic necessities one needs in the morning. Maybe I just expected more because I was so fond of this place. I've stayed in hotels with more stars that didn't meet the standard of this one. I've mostly seen young people working in this hotel; they were all smiling and tried to anticipate my needs (which I’m not used to, so I was like, "Nooo, you don't have to do this"). That made the difference here: I could see how passionate the staff was about this place.
