The hotel itself was beautiful, a fabulous setting with mature gardens and beautiful buildings. The location was absolutely perfect, only a very short walk to the beach and different restaurants and cafes. The only one minor issue I had was that I had seen some ants in the bathroom but I think this was because I was in the ground floor of the hotel.

I have spent the most amazing family holidays at Hilton Galatzo. It was an incredible pleasant suprise, from the service to the food, everything was perfect for us. We have encountered a staff that was highly attentive to details and met all our requests and expectations. Honestly, we were so well taken care there that we felt like kings and queens. We booked a family suite and it looked even better than in the photos. Room was super clean, confy and spacious for the 4 of us. 3 TVs and a beautiful balcony. The only downside for me was that the TVs were not smart. We opted for the half board option and honestly we were not disappointed. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, lots of variety and even vegetarian options and most importantly the food was delicious. We had the chance to meet the restaurants manager Diogo, who was amazing. He always made sure that we were comfortable and were having a nice stay. My sister even told him she loved the brownie they served at dinner for dessert and he made sure that the next day we were delivered brownies for dessert specially for us. At the restaurant Emmanuel and Alba really stood out for us. They were kind, always had compliments and even gave us tips around mallorca. After dinner we used to go for drinks at Alma in the hotel. They serve incredible coktails there and you can enjoy the amazing view that the hotel offers of the shore. Shoutout to Ayoub, who always brought us the best coktails, even had us served special drinks every night. The hotel overall is pretty quiet and perfect to spend some quality time with your family. Enjoy beautiful views, eating delicious food and reseting your batteries. I will for sure come back to this place.

The location is unbeatable. Close enough to the party hotspots but far enough to be quiet enough if you want to call it a night. The view from our balcony and the pool is awesome. We also benefited from 15% discount at the wave pool. The bracelet system as a room key was new to me and very convenient during a beach holiday.

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸

The staff are nice and accomodating. The facilities are good especially the pool. Walking distance to the beach and the center. The food is great! ☺️

Incredible hotel! Best on my trip of 10 weeks. I was welcomed immediately and asked to sit in a sofa and have a complimentary glass of cava while I was checked in to the hotel as “I’ll be more comfortable.” Exceptional service throughout the hotel- the room was delightful and I slept 12 hours in their bed it was so comfy. The rooftop terrace and pool is lovely with great sun and a small pool-plus there’s a spa area. I loved staying here and would highly recommend!
