Staff was very forthcoming. We loved staying at the pool and being served by the very friendly waiters. Beer was the perfect temperature, food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were very well maintained, air conditioning worked very well and quiet (we've had very bad experiences with that before in Mallorca). The owner Juan was always hanging around, chatting and having laughs with guests and making sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves, without being intrusive.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in a hotel, and we couldn’t choose a better one. The hotel is stunning, breakfast is very delicious and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to the best room they have in the hotel. It was the kindest gesture of them. Upon arrival staff were very kind and informative, whenever I speak to them they were always friendly :). Room with a sea view was stunning. Minibar is free of charge and they fill it up every day. We really liked our stay but bare minded it’s not adult only so during the day there’s mainly kids playing in the pool but if that bothers you, there’s an adult only area downstairs kind of a beach bar and they have sunbeds for 20€ each and you can spend it in the bar for food/drinks and there’s a small pool with music as well. Food and drinks are also good there I can confirm. :) Sunrise is beautiful from the balcony! Lot of shops around many restaurants to choose from as well. We loved our stay and we are very thankful that the hotel made it even more special to us with the upgrade! We will definitely be back! ☺️

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸
