Location was excellent. Close to great restaurants, coffee shops, tapas places and the fabulous San Miguel Market. Room was great- had a safe and a small fridge, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

All the staff are very kind, attentive and provides superb service! You rarely meet such nice people on all levels, from cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. Food is good quality, breakfast is abundant, bar is also good. Beds are good quality. Location is great. The Gran Via is just at the corner, location near metro and shops, restaurant. The Plaza Mayor is 10 minutes walk. 2 El Corte Ingles are within 6 minutes. About 50 restaurants near by. It was better to be not directly on the Gran Via because the Via is so bustling and noisy but the hotel was much better at night.

Excellent hotel location, very close to 3 metro stations (S. Domingo, Opera, and Callao). My room was spotless. Each day they provided two bottles of water without charge. The reception was very helpful. Nice breakfast at the Dehesa Santa Maria restaurant next to the hotel. I will stay there again when I visit Madrid the next time.

I loved this hotel .It was located so close to whete I had to work. The rooms are spotless and of a very high standard..I had a lovely terrace,with a fantastic view, shame it rained , so I couldn't completely benefit from it . The staff were fantastic and so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel..

    Perfect cleanness. Extremely friendly, attentive, courteous staff. The air conditioner worked well in the room. Very convenient design of windows and shutters. We could get a good sleep in the morning. I didn’t find the numbers of receptionist for booking coffee in the room. So I had to go down to the restaurant. But breakfast was prepared instantly! The staff in the restaurant is very nice, thank you!
