Staff was very forthcoming. We loved staying at the pool and being served by the very friendly waiters. Beer was the perfect temperature, food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were very well maintained, air conditioning worked very well and quiet (we've had very bad experiences with that before in Mallorca). The owner Juan was always hanging around, chatting and having laughs with guests and making sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves, without being intrusive.

Very friendly staff, nice pool and views, great buffet food, everything clean. Definitely recommended for stay with children as there were lots of activities and lots of kids there, but anyone would enjoy the hotel even without kids (I was there just with a friend and we enjoyed it)

Location is excellent, right on top of the coast, beautiful views to relax and waste time with a drink of your choice. 20 mins from main airport, and 20 mins from Palma for a opportunity to sight see or shop.
