The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were the highlight of my stay at this hotel. The room is very quiet and comfortable. Also, the property has a great location because it is extremely close to Campo Grande and therefore to the city center.

Amazing standards for a hostel. All new facilities, well maintained. Handy cafe attached next door. Free breakfast, they use organic coffee beans. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, I could not have asked for better service. Wonderful people. I've stayed in hundreds of hostels in travelling the world so I have a lot of experience to make comparisons against, and this hostel has great standards. I note a couple of reviews saying it's not a social hostel but there aren't any social hostels in Valladolid, it's not touristy like Barcelona. This hostel does have a common room and other sitting areas

Room and facilities are excellent, very easy to use car parking and the hotel is in a great location - perfect for restaurants and bars. We found the staff very friendly and will definitely be back!

Location is very ideal, train station is walking distance, only 11-12 minutes, in the middle of historical sites. There are many shops, supermarkets like Mercadona, clothes shop Zara, cafes and restaurants. The most important thing for me University of Valladolid is at the walking distance.

Good location . Only minutes from city. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within minuits walking of hotel. Hotel very clean, large bed and very comfortable lovely pool and pool area. Staff excellent

the staff were excellent, the hotel has been tastefully decorated and has charm! great stop for overnight stay between Portugal and the Santander Ferry! Not expensive and close to the main road, lovely gardens !! clean and lovely !! We will be back

We liked it as it was really big. It wasn’t the biggest hotel we’ve been in but not far off. We went in a bigger hotel once but I can’t remember where it was because of the statins I have to take caused by eating battered sausages. Nearby there is a massive river which was quite wide, probably wider than the River Thames in Alperton near Wembley, which has an enormous Sainsbury’s and a car park with thousands of car parking spaces probably one of the biggest carparks in London. There’s a beach next to the river which is very small. I guess it’s one of the smallest in Europe but it’s inland, so obviously there isn’t any seagulls or anything. You can sunbath but obviously take precautions with sunscreen, because the sun can be hot in the summer, almost as hot as the sun in Cordoba although we haven’t been there my wife told me that it was the hottest place in the world apart from Africa which has the most sand dunes ever discovered. Food is very nice and Spanish make a specialty called Traperz, which is a bit like small fish fingers or meatballs on a saucer . It’s customary to tip the food in a pint of lager and neck it in one but we didn’t do that but some English tourist apparently do.
