Everything was great. The hotel is a fantastic historical hotel, making your stay a truly unique experience. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel and the ferry just a 5-minute walk away, along with all the main attractions. Breakfast is really good, though for dinner, there is only one main course option, which could be an issue for some guests.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, corresponds to its status. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need in abundance. I liked the breakfasts, considering that I don't eat all kinds of meat, there was a lot of choice, including vegetarian food. The bar was replenished daily with water, tea and sweets.

The hotel was faultlessly clean. It wasn't a five star hotel, but the cleanliness and the correct arrangement of the utilities and facilities was of a highest level. We had a great experience of Finland in a nutshell in this very hotel plus the green woods surrounding this place is a huge asset for such solitary people as us. We could walk and enjoy the fantastic Finn nature. Thank you.

    This was our second stay - we had returned to Helsinki after a few days elsewhere in Finland. It was even better than the first because they gave us a free room upgrade. A lovely bright well designed hotel. Gorgeous breakfasts too.
