Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Their spa was amazing with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options .Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would like to come back 😋

Room was very cleane and comfortable. Location was perfect - just by the old town and close to the lake with very nice restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast was very nice with lovely warm fresh bread, and everything one could wish for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, but only stayed 1 night. Wound loved to have stayed longer to explore this beautiful town. Staff very helpful with our questions and speak English.

Located just behind train station. Convenient to go anywhere at the old town. Breakfast is ok. Some days they provide very fresh bread and I love them. All Staff are really kind and always with smile. One of the staff is able to speak French, fluent English and even Mandarin. I was so surprised. I had a few enquiry before and after the stay, the customer service respond me very fast, and it was very helpful.

We loved the stunning views of Lake Annecy and that we were away from the larger towns. The room had a spectacular view. The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.
